Adria Online is not a tour operator and does not organize, combine, or sell package holidays within the meaning of applicable legal regulations.
Adria Online supports clients in planning and arranging individual tourism services by connecting clients with independent service providers.
The mediation of services may include, but is not limited to:

Transportation services and private transfers,
Licensed tour guide services,

Activities and experiences,
Gastronomy experiences,
Other individual tourism services.
Based on client requests, Adria Online prepares personalized proposals and assists clients in selecting suitable service providers.
The contract for the individual tourism service is generally concluded between the client and the respective service provider, unless otherwise defined by applicable agreements.
3. Scope of Intermediary Services
Adria Online acts as a mediator of tourism services provided by various independent suppliers and assists clients with communication and coordination with these providers.
The specific services, prices, conditions, availability, and contractual terms are determined by the respective service providers and their individual offers.
Adria Online does not guarantee the availability or direct performance of services provided by independent third parties.

A service inquiry is considered confirmed once the client accepts the relevant offer and fulfills any required conditions.
The availability and execution of the requested services depend on confirmation by the respective service providers.
Adria Online informs clients about relevant changes or availability updates but is not responsible for decisions, changes, or operational procedures of third-party providers.
5. Payments
Payment terms, deadlines, and payment methods are determined by the respective service provider or defined in the individual offer.
Where payments are processed through Adria Online, this is carried out solely within the scope of the agreed intermediary service.
Failure to complete required payments within the agreed timeframe may result in non-confirmation or cancellation of the requested services.

Prices of tourism services are determined by the respective service providers and may change due to availability, seasonal conditions, supplier pricing changes, taxes, fees, or other operational factors.

Adria Online assumes no responsibility for costs or consequences resulting from the absence of appropriate travel insurance.
